About The Position
As a Barista at Starbucks, you create a warm, welcoming space and meaningful customer moments by preparing coffee, beverages, and food and engaging with customers. The role involves working in a fast-paced store environment, delivering quality products and service, and performing a variety of tasks during each shift. No previous experience is required.

- Available to work flexible hours, which may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
- Able to learn quickly.
- Able to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Able to work as part of a team and build relationships.
- Able to meet store operating policies and standards, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Able to perform the role’s customer service and food and beverage preparation duties, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers, understand their needs, and respond through clear and pleasant communication.
- Prepare beverages and food according to standard recipes or customer customizations, including changes to temperature, ingredient quantities, or substitutions.
- Follow store operating policies and standards for product quality, cash handling, and store safety and security.
- Perform a variety of different tasks within the store during each shift.
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
