About The Position
Tailwind Hospitality is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Barista to work at its location inside the LSE airport. The role helps deliver exceptional customer service, create a welcoming atmosphere for travelers, and provide memorable guest experiences. The Barista/Cashier processes transactions, serves guests, prepares beverages, and helps maintain an organized workspace. Shifts vary throughout the day.
Requirements
- Experience with point-of-sale systems.
- Previous experience in cash handling and customer service.
- Must be able to pass a TSA background check to receive an airport badge.
- Must have reliable transportation and the ability to be punctual.

Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and take their orders.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using a cash register and point-of-sale system.
- Provide customer service by answering questions and resolving issues.
- Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, and other beverages according to company standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies.
- Provide information about menu items and make recommendations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
