About The Position

EG Group is seeking a friendly, enthusiastic Barista to join its Starbucks team in Heath. The role involves preparing Starbucks beverages and food, delivering positive customer experiences, and helping maintain a fast, friendly, and welcoming store. Full training is provided, including for applicants who are new to hospitality. The position offers career progression opportunities and access to an online learning library. Work is part-time, with 8–24 hours per week and flexible shifts arranged around availability, subject to a minimum of 8 hours per week. Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a positive customer experience.
• Prepare beverages and food to Starbucks standards.
• Recommend products and support store sales through confident up-selling.
• Operate tills and process transactions accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming store environment.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and allergen procedures.
• Monitor product quality and temperature records.
• Support the team during busy periods and help cover key trading times.
