About The Position

The Barista creates high-quality beverages according to standard operating procedures and provides warm, prompt service that helps create memorable guest experiences. The role maintains an organized, efficient work area, handles cash transactions and deposits accurately, and completes pre- and post-shift tasks such as stocking service stations. The Barista represents the hotel professionally and contributes to guest satisfaction and repeat business. The position requires six months of food and beverage customer service experience, including cash handling. Previous barista experience is a plus.
