About The Position
La Colombe is seeking a Barista to provide warm, energetic customer service and help create a welcoming café experience. Baristas engage with customers, prepare drinks, maintain their stations and the café, and support their teammates. Coffee expertise and drink preparation are taught on the job.
Requirements
- Customer-facing experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is a plus but is not required.
- Embody the One Dove principles: Kindness, Respect, Deliciousness, Efficiency, and Cleanliness.
- Be comfortable using a POS system and handling transactions.
- Be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Be able to walk, bend, reach, and twist frequently.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in customer-facing customer service, retail, or hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers, take orders, and provide genuine, connected service.
- Prepare drinks consistently and to a high standard.
- Take responsibility for the café station, shift, and work.
- Maintain a clean café and work area.
- Support teammates and contribute to improving café operations.
- Bring positive energy to each shift.
