About The Position

As a Starbucks barista, you create a warm and welcoming space where coffee and customer interactions spark connection. In a fast-paced environment, you engage with customers and help brighten their day through friendly service, such as remembering a favorite order. You prepare beverages and food to standard recipes or customize orders to meet customer needs, while following store policies and standards. No previous experience is required. Requirements

• Available to work flexible hours, potentially including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Able to meet store operating policies and standards, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Able to communicate clearly and pleasantly with customers and respond to their needs.
• Able to perform different tasks within the store during each shift.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality beverages and food products while following store operating policies and standards.
• Engage with customers, understand their needs, and communicate clearly and pleasantly.
• Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes or customer customization requests, including changes to temperature, ingredient quantities, or substitutions.
• Handle cash and follow store safety and security standards.
• Perform a variety of tasks within the store during each shift.
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
