About The Position

The Store Manager leads a team-oriented retail environment at Sally Beauty, managing talent, inspiring and developing associates, and ensuring customers receive a memorable experience and tailored solutions for their hair and beauty needs. The manager oversees store operations to meet or exceed sales goals, maintain the assigned budget, control expenses, grow sales, and manage inventory. The role also protects customers, associates, and store assets by ensuring compliance with safety and security procedures and company policies, and maintains the store's appearance.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of customer service or retail sales experience.
• At least 1 year of previous sales management experience.
• Previous experience in operational, financial, and performance management.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Passion for hair and beauty.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation.

Nice To Haves

• Cosmetology license.
