About The Position

The Store Manager leads a team-oriented retail store focused on hair and beauty products. The role manages talent, inspires and develops associates, and ensures customers receive a memorable experience and tailored solutions for their hair and beauty needs. The manager oversees store operations to meet or exceed sales goals, maintain the assigned budget, control expenses, grow sales, and manage inventory. The role also ensures staff follow safety, security, and company policies to protect customers, associates, and store assets, and maintains the store’s appearance.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of customer service or retail sales experience.
• At least 1 year of previous sales management experience.
• Previous experience in operational, financial, and performance management.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Passion for hair and beauty.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation.
• Ability to perform physical activities including prolonged standing and walking, recurring bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching, and lifting moderately heavy items such as shipment or record boxes.

Nice To Haves

• Cosmetology license is a plus, but not required.
