About The Position

As a Starbucks Barista, you help create a warm and welcoming space where coffee sparks connection. You engage with customers, make their experience meaningful, and prepare quality beverages and food in a fast-paced store environment. Requirements

No previous experience required.
Available to work flexible hours, which may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
Able to learn quickly.
Able to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Able to work as part of a team and build relationships.

Responsibilities

Provide quality beverages and food products while meeting store operating policies and standards.
Engage with customers, understand their needs, and respond through clear and pleasant communication.
Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes or customer customizations.
Handle cash and follow store safety and security standards.
Perform a variety of tasks within the store during each shift.
Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
