Requirements

• Meet store operating policies and standards, including beverage and food quality, cash handling, and store safety and security, with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes and accommodate customer customizations.
• Be able to perform many different tasks during each shift.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Provide quality beverages and food products while following store operating policies and standards.
• Handle cash and follow store safety and security standards.
• Engage with customers, understand their needs, and respond through clear and pleasant communication.
• Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes or customer customizations, including changes to temperature, ingredient quantities, or substitutions.
• Perform a variety of tasks within the store during each shift.
• Follow oral and written instructions, and request clarification when needed.
• Work as part of a team and build relationships.
