About The Position

We are hiring a full-time AM food and beverage attendant for the barista and breakfast buffet areas. This role helps shape guests’ experience through friendly, cheerful, proactive, responsive, and caring service. The position may also be a full- or part-time dual role serving in the restaurant and banquet areas. Responsibilities

• Maintain a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events.
• Make decisions and solve problems in the interest of 100% guest satisfaction.
• Monitor food and beverage outlet operations and assist the manager in identifying and resolving current or potential guest problems.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Engage with guests, understand their needs, and respond through clear and pleasant communication.
