About The Position

As a Barista/Bistro Attendant, you create personal and memorable guest experiences by preparing beverages and grab-and-go items, welcoming guests, and keeping the café operating smoothly. The role combines beverage preparation, guest service, café upkeep, and coordination with colleagues while following company and brand standards.

Requirements

Able to stand for long periods.
Able to occasionally lift up to 25 lbs.
Flexible with scheduling, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
Confident handling money and using POS systems.
Able to communicate clearly and interact with guests in a friendly, patient, and attentive manner.
Organized, dependable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced café environment.

Comfort operating espresso equipment; training is provided.

Responsibilities

Prepare coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and specialty beverages according to recipes and brand standards.
Greet guests, take accurate orders, and maintain a welcoming café environment.
Use the POS system to process payments, room charges, mobile orders, and to-go orders accurately.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of café equipment, counters, condiment stations, and seating areas.
Restock supplies, including syrups, coffee beans, milk, pastries, and paper goods.
Follow food safety, sanitation, hygiene, and proper food and equipment handling procedures.
Communicate with fellow baristas, supervisors, and kitchen staff to support smooth operations.
Assist with opening, mid-shift, and closing duties as assigned.
Prepare grab-and-go items, assist with light food preparation, and help guests with questions or recommendations.
Follow company and brand standards for guest service, safety, and financial procedures.
