About The Position

At OTH Hotels & Resorts, the Barista/Bistro Attendant creates personal, effortless, and memorable guest experiences through beverage preparation, service, and friendly interaction. The role combines beverage preparation, guest engagement, and café operations, including preparing grab-and-go items and maintaining comfort and consistency throughout each shift.

Requirements

Able to stand for long periods and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs.
Flexible availability, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Prepare coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and specialty beverages according to recipes and brand standards.
Greet guests, take accurate orders, and create a welcoming café environment.
Use the POS system to process payments, room charges, and mobile or to-go orders accurately.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of café equipment, counters, condiment stations, and seating areas.
Restock supplies such as syrups, coffee beans, milk, pastries, and paper goods during shifts.
Follow food safety, sanitation, hygiene, and proper equipment and ingredient handling procedures.
Communicate with baristas, supervisors, and kitchen staff to support smooth operations.
Assist with opening, mid-shift, and closing duties as assigned.
Prepare grab-and-go items, assist with light food preparation, and help guests with questions or recommendations.
Follow company and brand standards for guest service, safety, and financial procedures.
