About The Position

Lookout Tavern is a brand new, modern social tavern located in North Phoenix. We offer a full menu, a large center bar with over 16 beers on tap, and an impressive cocktail menu. Our unique indoor-outdoor experience is enhanced by two patios and roll-up garage doors. With 50 HD TVs for sports, a game area featuring darts, shuffleboard, and oversized Jenga, and a state-of-the-art sound and lighting system, we provide a relaxed yet energetic atmosphere. Our dedicated DJ booth ensures unmatched weekend nights. This is a PART TIME position, primarily for Weekend Nights from 4 pm to 3 am. Compensation includes hourly pay plus a tip percentage from bartenders' tips, with weekly pay.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work weekend nights, 4pm to 3am
• Ability to work long hours on your feet
• Ability to perform repetitive lifting of heavy items
• Must obtain any necessary alcohol service licensing requirements
• Food handler's card may be required

Responsibilities

• Keep the bar stocked and clean
• Refill glassware, silverware, napkins, condiments and plates
• Changing and cleaning of all trash cans behind the bar
• Changing of Sanitation requirements of dishwasher and sanitation buckets
• Refill Ice bins
• Refill Beer bins
• Remove dirty dishware
• Refill glassware
• Assist Bartenders and management in other tasks at hand
• Maintain a positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Work long hours on your feet in a crowded and energetic environment
• Perform repetitive lifting of heavy items
• Obtain any necessary alcohol service licensing requirements
• Obtain a food handler's card if required by local or state regulations
