Barback - The High Bar Clayton
About The Position
The Barback works alongside bartenders at The High Bar Clayton, helping create a positive guest experience through friendly, proactive, and responsive service. Barbacks provide customer service, may serve food to guests depending on the location, clean and restock according to assigned side work, assist with opening and closing the bar, and follow safety guidelines. Applicants must be dependable, able to stand for 8–10 hours, work at least three days per week, and be available on weekends and holidays. Prior experience in a high-volume food and beverage establishment is required; hotel experience is preferred.
