The Bar Supervisor safely and efficiently provides excellent customer service and helps ensure guests have a positive dining experience that encourages loyalty and recommendations. The role involves proactively engaging with guests to identify and meet their needs, while supporting and teaching team members. Requirements

• Leadership, problem-solving, and basic computer skills.
• Ability to share knowledge and teach others to perform tasks.
• High-level customer service skills and effective communication with guests and team members.
• Ability to follow instructions, learn quickly, pay attention to detail, and maintain composure under pressure.
• Server experience.
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol.
• High school diploma and/or equivalent work experience.
