About The Position

Levy is hiring a part-time Bar Back. The role receives liquor, beer, and wine from the storeroom and replenishes bar supplies as needed throughout the shift. The Bar Back supports bartenders and bar operations by delivering food and beverage items, maintaining bar supplies and equipment, helping with opening and closing tasks, and keeping bar and lounge areas clean and orderly.

Responsibilities

Receive liquor, beer, and wine from the storeroom daily and as needed.
Replenish liquor, beer, and wine in the bar throughout the shift.
Retrieve food items from the kitchen and deliver them to the bar area.
Retrieve beverage items and garnishes from storerooms and deliver them to the bar area.
Set up bottles on the bar, placing top-shelf liquor on the back shelf.
Ensure beer taps are working properly.
Place bar snacks on the counter and keep snacks, napkins, and other supplies stocked throughout the shift.
Assist with assigned opening and closing side work.
Bus tables in the bar area.
Keep bar and lounge areas clean and tidy, including washing work tables, walls, refrigerators, and floors under equipment, and sweeping and mopping service areas and floor mats.
Remove rubbish from all receptacles.
Prepare and serve beverages as needed to assist the bartender.
Perform other duties as assigned.
