Bar Back (Part-Time)

About The Position

Topgolf is seeking a fun-loving, dedicated Bar Back to help create welcoming, memorable experiences for Players in a fast-paced, collaborative entertainment environment. The role supports bar operations by preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, maintaining a clean and well-stocked bar, and working with other Playmakers to provide excellent service. Team members are expected to embody Topgolf’s values of Fun, One Team, Excellence, Courage, and Caring, and to follow applicable safety and sanitation standards. This is a part-time hourly position. Applicants must be at least the legal serving age in the jurisdiction of employment and maintain any responsible beverage service certifications required by law. The work is physically active and involves standing for most of the shift, moving between tasks, and lifting, bending, stooping, and carrying items weighing up to 50 pounds. The posting describes a high-volume environment and notes that day, night, and weekend shifts are available.

Previous experience crafting and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in a high-energy restaurant, hospitality, or entertainment setting.
Must be at least the legal serving age in the jurisdiction of employment.
Must retain responsible beverage service certifications where required by law.
Ability to lift and carry items up to 50 pounds and to bend and stoop.
Ability to stand for most of the shift, walk throughout the shift, and perform varied active tasks.

Responsibilities

Greet Players warmly and create a welcoming bar experience by connecting with them, learning what brings them in, and recommending drinks.
Upsell signature cocktails, shareable bites, and game upgrades to enhance Players’ visits.
Mix alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
Keep the bar neat, clean, stocked, and ready for service, including cleaning glassware.
Collaborate with other Playmakers to provide excellent service and ensure Players feel valued.
Follow safety and sanitation standards and keep the bar clean, safe, and compliant.
