Bar Back
About The Position
The Bar Back supports bartenders and helps provide a fun, seamless experience for Topgolf players. The role keeps the bar stocked with liquor, mixers, garnishes, and ice; cleans glassware, equipment, and utensils; and collects empty glasses and bottles so drink service runs smoothly. Bar Backs work closely with bartenders and other Playmakers, follow safety and sanitation standards, and embody Topgolf’s values of Fun, One Team, Excellence, Courage, and Caring. This is an active, high-volume role that involves being on your feet for most of the shift and regularly walking, lifting, bending, stooping, and carrying items weighing up to 50 pounds. Applicants must be at least the legal serving age in the jurisdiction of employment and maintain any required responsible beverage service certifications. Required availability includes Friday evenings, full availability on Saturdays and Sundays, and holidays other than Christmas and Thanksgiving. Previous hospitality or entertainment experience is a plus, but is not required.

- Ability to remain on your feet for most of the shift and walk throughout the shift.
- Ability to perform a variety of active physical tasks and maintain pace during long shifts.
- Availability on Friday evenings, Saturdays and Sundays, and holidays other than Christmas and Thanksgiving.

Responsibilities
- Support bartenders by ensuring they have the supplies they need for service.
- Stock the bar with liquor, mixers, garnishes, and ice.
- Clean glassware, equipment, and utensils and keep the bar area clean and organized.
- Collect empty glasses and bottles to support uninterrupted drink service.
- Work with bartenders and other Playmakers to provide smooth service and positive player experiences.
- Follow safety and sanitation standards and help keep the bar safe and compliant.
