About The Position

Topgolf is hiring a Bar Back to support bartenders and help provide a fun, seamless experience for players. The role involves keeping the bar stocked with liquor, mixers, garnishes, and ice; cleaning glassware, equipment, and utensils; and collecting empty glasses and bottles. Bar Backs work alongside bartenders and other Playmakers to maintain smooth service and contribute to memorable player experiences.

The position requires following safety and sanitation standards and maintaining a clean, safe, and compliant bar. Team members are expected to embody Topgolf’s values of Fun, One Team, Excellence, Courage, and Caring. Applicants must be at least the legal serving age in the jurisdiction of employment and maintain any responsible beverage service certifications required by law. Nights and weekends are required.

• Able to remain on their feet for most of the shift and walk throughout the shift.
• Able to perform varied physical tasks and maintain pace during long shifts or demanding tasks.
• Nights and weekends are required.

Responsibilities

• Support bartenders by ensuring they have the supplies needed for service.
• Stock the bar with liquor, mixers, garnishes, and ice.
• Clean glassware, equipment, and utensils and keep the bar organized.
• Collect empty glasses and bottles to support continuous drink service.
• Work with bartenders and other Playmakers to ensure service runs smoothly and players have a positive experience.
• Follow safety and sanitation standards and keep the bar clean, safe, and compliant.
