About The Position
Topgolf is hiring a Bar Back to support bartenders and help provide players with a fun, seamless experience. The role includes stocking liquor, mixers, garnishes, and ice; cleaning glassware, equipment, and utensils; and collecting empty glasses and bottles to keep service running smoothly. Bar Backs work alongside bartenders and other Playmakers, follow safety and sanitation standards, and uphold Topgolf’s values of Fun, One Team, Excellence, Courage, and Caring. This is an active, high-volume role that requires standing for most of the shift and lifting, bending, stooping, and carrying items weighing up to 50 pounds. Candidates must be at least the legal serving age where employed and maintain any responsible beverage service certifications required by law. Nights and weekends are required. Pay is $12.50 per hour plus tips.
Requirements

- Must be at least the legal serving age in the jurisdiction of employment.
- Must retain responsible beverage service certifications where required by law.
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds, including bending, stooping, and carrying.
- Ability to stand and walk for most of the shift and perform ongoing physical tasks.
- Nights and weekends are required.

Responsibilities
- Support bartenders so they can keep drinks flowing and provide a smooth player experience.
- Stock the bar with liquor, mixers, garnishes, and ice.
- Clean glassware, equipment, and utensils, and keep the bar organized.
- Collect empty glasses and bottles.
- Work with bartenders and other Playmakers to ensure service runs smoothly.
- Follow safety and sanitation standards and keep the bar clean, safe, and compliant.
