Bar and Concessions Supervisor
About The Position
Legends Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, has an excellent and immediate opening for the 2026 Del Mar Fairgrounds and Thoroughbred Racing Seasons. Responsible for – Daily operations and supervision of employees that prepare and serve food and drinks to customers such as Restaurants, Bars, Concessions, Beer Carts and Banquet halls/Concerts. Food and Beverage supervisors oversee all of the issues pertaining to a patron's dining experience, such as quality control, staff management, inventory, health and safety regulations and customer service.
Requirements
- Familiar with OSHA, Health Dept., working knowledge of ABC laws, and Serv-Safe, L.E.A.D and/or T.I.P.S., Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) & POS System proficiency is very helpful.
- High School or GED/Hospitality Experience or previous Supervisory position
- Communication, organizational skills a must
- Energetic and able to stand and walk for 8 hours
- General Microsoft Word/Excel
- Dependability
- Availability weekends and evenings
