About The Position

The Park Vista - A Doubletree by Hilton Hotel is a mountain resort in Gatlinburg, Tennessee. The Banquet Server helps create memorable guest experiences by providing friendly, efficient, and professional service at weddings, conferences, and other special events. The role involves serving food and beverages, maintaining clean and orderly banquet areas, anticipating guest needs, and working with the banquet team to support smooth event execution. Servers must follow food safety and sanitation standards and maintain a professional appearance in accordance with uniform guidelines.

Requirements

Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit, where applicable.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
Meet the minimum age requirement of the jurisdiction.
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Nice To Haves

Six months to one year of serving experience preferred.
