About The Position

As a Banquet Server on Hilton’s Hotels team, you provide food and beverage service while delivering memorable guest experiences. The role involves warmly engaging with guests, learning menu items and specials, taking and entering orders, delivering orders promptly, and keeping the service station stocked and organized. You also clear and transport tableware after meals, assist with banquet preparation, and follow health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol-awareness standards.

Responsibilities

• Bring an upbeat, friendly attitude to guest interactions and proactively seek ways to make guests’ experiences special.
• Learn menu items and specials to answer guest questions confidently.
• Take food and beverage orders, enter them into the point-of-sale system, and deliver completed orders promptly.
• Keep the service station stocked, clean, and organized.
• Remove dishware, glassware, and silverware after meal service and transport them to the dishwashing area.
• Assist with event preparation, including cleaning, arranging and setting banquet tables, and restocking supplies.
• Comply with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol-awareness regulations.
