About The Position

Guest Event Experts create memorable and unique experiences while serving guests at banquets and events. They perform a range of event functions to ensure events are well-executed from start to finish, including setting up and breaking down materials, transporting supplies, taking orders, and interacting with guests. They make transactions feel like part of the overall guest experience.

The role requires creating a safe workplace, following company policies and procedures, upholding quality standards, and maintaining professional uniform, personal appearance, and communications. Guest Event Experts spend extended periods standing, sitting, or walking and take a hands-on approach to work. They also perform other reasonable job duties as requested.

Requirements

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is preferred.
• Less than 1 year of related work experience is preferred.
• No supervisory experience is required.
• No license or certification is required.
• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
• Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
