About The Position

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a service-oriented Banquet Server to join the team at Graduate by Hilton Eugene. The role supports banquet food service by taking guest orders and/or maintaining buffet service, distributing and presenting food appropriately, refreshing drinks, and assisting with table bussing. The position requires effective communication, teamwork, time management, multitasking, and a guest-focused approach. Flexible hours and shifts are required.

Requirements

Minimum high school education.
At least one year of experience in a hotel or restaurant serving role.
Ability to communicate effectively verbally.
Ability to work as a team player.
Ability to exceed the expectations of guests and team members.
Excellent time management skills.
Ability to multitask.
Ability to work flexible hours and shifts.

Nice To Haves

Food safety certification.

Responsibilities

Take accurate food orders from guests and/or ensure the buffet is stocked appropriately.
Monitor food distribution to ensure meals reach the correct recipients and are properly prepared and presented, and/or that the buffet is appealing.
Refresh drinks.
Assist with bussing tables.
Perform other duties as assigned.
