About The Position

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a service-oriented Banquet Server to work at Graduate by Hilton Eugene. The role supports banquet food and beverage service by taking accurate guest orders, maintaining buffet service, monitoring food distribution and presentation, refreshing drinks, and bussing tables. The position requires guest-focused communication, teamwork, time management, multitasking, and flexibility to work varying hours and shifts.

Requirements

Minimum of a high school education.
At least one year of experience in a hotel or restaurant serving role.
Ability to communicate effectively verbally.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Ability to exceed the expectations of guests and team members.
Excellent time management skills.
Ability to multitask.
Ability to work flexible hours and shifts.

Nice To Haves

Food safety certification.

Responsibilities

Take accurate food orders from guests and/or ensure the buffet is stocked appropriately.
Monitor food distribution, ensuring meals are delivered to the correct recipients and food is properly prepared and presented, and/or ensure the buffet is appealing.
Refresh drinks.
Assist with bussing tables.
Perform other duties as assigned.
