About The Position

The Banquet Server provides high-quality food and customer service to guests. The role supports event service and preparation in a fast-paced environment, including football games, and requires a commitment to at least six shifts per month in addition to football games. This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One to two years of relevant serving experience.
• Maintain a professional image and positive demeanor.
• Superior customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively as a team member in a fast-paced environment.
• Punctuality and reliability for scheduled shifts, including weekdays, weeknights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand or walk for long periods.
• Ability to carry heavy trays and lift and move 40 pounds or more.
• Ability to safely push and pull hot boxes, carts, speed racks, and other heavy equipment.
• Must obtain a passing score on TEAMs training.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in hospitality, high-volume catering, or full-service dining.

Responsibilities

• Serve food and beverages according to defined standards and provide exemplary customer service.
• Safely carry trays and push or pull hot boxes, carts, speed racks, and other equipment needed for service.
• Check food quality and presentation before delivery, following established procedures and standards.
• Follow food safety and sanitation requirements as directed by management.
• Maintain a professional appearance and follow uniform standards.
• Assist with event preparation and close-out protocols as assigned.
• Create a warm and friendly environment for guests and co-workers.
• Work a minimum of six shifts per month in addition to football games.
• Complete special projects and assignments as business dictates.
