About The Position

The On Call Banquet Server supports banquet and event service by reviewing Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), helping prepare event spaces, checking food presentation, preparing and serving beverages, and providing prompt, professional service to guests. The server communicates with the kitchen about changes and works collaboratively with setup staff and other team members. The role requires flexibility to work varying schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Review BEOs for menu details, room setup, food, beverage, and audiovisual needs.
• Assist setup staff with table, buffet, and bar setup.
• Check the quality and presentation of food before serving.
• Prepare and serve beverages for functions.
• Provide prompt and professional service to guests.
• Communicate with the kitchen and keep it updated about changes.
