Requirements

Customer service experience—because happy guests are the heart of hospitality.
At least 1 year of banquet food service experience and a minimum of 6 months in a supervisory role—we need someone who’s seen a plated dinner or two.
Leadership potential or experience—you're not afraid to guide a team and step in where needed.
Food and alcohol certifications (or willingness to complete in 90 days)—because safety is always in style.
Physical stamina—this role includes lifting, bending, walking, and standing during your entire shift.

Responsibilities

Guide and grow your banquet team through coaching, training, and keeping energy high (even when the coffee runs low).
Lead day-to-day operations and performance management with a people-first mindset and a commitment to excellence.
Partner with sales, culinary, and events teams to flawlessly execute each event—because teamwork makes the dream work.
Balance budgets like a banquet ninja—managing labor, supplies, and revenue opportunities with precision.
Keep things sparkling (literally and figuratively), ensuring a clean, safe, and guest-wowing environment.
