The Banquet Manager will partner with sales, culinary, and events teams to flawlessly execute each event, balance budgets by managing labor, supplies, and revenue opportunities, and ensure a clean, safe, and guest-wowing environment.

Requirements

Customer service experience
At least 1 year of banquet food service experience
A minimum of 6 months in a supervisory role
Leadership potential or experience
Food and alcohol certifications (or willingness to complete in 90 days)
Physical stamina—this role includes lifting, bending, walking, and standing during your entire shift.
