About The Position

The Banquet Houseperson works alongside the banquet team to prepare event spaces and deliver exceptional service. The role involves setting up and breaking down event areas, arranging furniture and tables, and preparing rooms according to event specifications. The houseperson supports banquet servers by delivering equipment, supplies, and other items needed for events; maintains clean, organized banquet areas; and collaborates with the team to provide seamless service and exceed guest expectations. The position also requires anticipating guest needs, maintaining safety and sanitation standards, and bringing a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to teamwork in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Requirements

Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and furniture.
Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities
