About The Position
The Banquet Houseman is responsible for setting up and breaking down meeting and banquet rooms according to event orders and maintaining high cleanliness standards. This role involves keeping event spaces refreshed and guest-ready throughout the day, transporting supplies and materials, supporting food and beverage service by bussing and resetting tables, and providing excellent guest service by anticipating needs and resolving issues.
Requirements
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to be on your feet most of the shift.
- Attention to detail.
- Clear communication skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work well with the team.
- Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Team-first attitude.
Responsibilities
