The Banquet Houseperson is responsible for the physical set-up, cleanliness, and maintenance of all banquet equipment and function rooms, as well as their related areas. All efforts should be directed towards guest satisfaction. Minimal food and beverage background is required. Knowledge of various types of video and VCR equipment is a plus. Reading, writing, and basic math skills are necessary. Physical requirements include standing, speaking, hearing, carrying between 30-50 lbs, walking, lifting, reaching overhead, pushing, pulling, bending, and the ability to walk stairs.
