The Banquet Houseman is responsible for setting up and breaking down meeting and banquet rooms according to event orders and maintaining high cleanliness standards. This role involves refreshing event spaces throughout the day, transporting supplies and materials, supporting food and beverage service by bussing and resetting tables, and providing excellent guest service by anticipating needs and resolving issues.
