About The Position
The Banquet House Attendant works in the Food & Beverage Division and reports to the Banquet Management Team. The role involves setting up and clearing china, glassware, silverware, linens, tables, chairs, and props for banquet functions, while attending to guest needs and requests. The position is part-time, with a schedule based on operational needs, and requires a physically active approach to work. Applicants must have valid authorization to work in the United States at the time of application.
Requirements
- At least one year of food service or related work experience.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions regarding room setup.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving abstract.
- Valid authorization to work in the United States at the time of application.
Responsibilities
- Set up, break down, and clean tables, chairs, buffets, skirting, and props as specified by the banquet event order.
- Stock linen, china, silverware, glassware, and service supplies, ensuring they are in good condition.
- Maintain the cleanliness and condition of banquet function spaces according to maintenance programs and plans.
- Attend to guest needs and requests.
