About The Position

As a Banquet Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences during events and functions held at our venue. You will collaborate closely with the banquet team to set up dining areas, serve food and beverages, and promptly address guest needs and requests. Requirements

  • Previous experience in food service or hospitality, preferably in banquet or event settings.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.
  • Effective communication and attention to detail are essential for understanding guest needs and ensuring accurate and timely service delivery.
  • Physical stamina and coordination are used daily to manage setup, service, and cleanup tasks efficiently.
  • Knowledge of food safety practices helps maintain a hygienic environment, protecting guest health and complying with regulations.

Responsibilities
