About The Position

The Banquet Bartender prepares and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages at banquet events while providing excellent guest service. The role maintains a clean, organized bar area, complies with alcohol service laws and safety standards, monitors beverage inventory, and helps ensure a positive guest experience throughout each event. The position also involves coordinating with banquet staff and management to support smooth event operations and completing additional duties as assigned by management. The company conducts post-offer employment verifications, motor vehicle checks, and criminal background checks. Requirements

Responsibilities

Set up and break down bar stations before and after events.
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and standards.
Provide friendly, professional, and efficient guest service.
Verify guest identification and comply with alcohol service laws.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
Monitor beverage inventory and notify management when stock is low.
Process payments accurately, when applicable.
Follow hotel policies, safety procedures, and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
Communicate with banquet staff and management to ensure smooth event operations.
Complete additional duties as assigned by management.
