About The Position
The Banquet Bartender ensures friendly guest service and maintains a clean, professional, high-quality bar. The role includes setting up and closing the bar, following beverage service guidelines, and serving guests consistently. The bartender must be familiar with beverage offerings, liquor liability policies, revenue procedures, and the events and functions taking place at the resort. The position also requires awareness of liquor costs and efforts to minimize waste.
Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Provide excellent service to internal and external customers.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Nice To Haves
- Prior bartending experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Set up the bar area.
