About The Position

Carmel Country Club is hiring a seasoned, experienced Banquet Bartender to serve in its Clubhouse. The Club hosts a wide range of events throughout the year, from small birthday and anniversary parties to large signature and corporate events. The bartender may also work in the Club’s indoor casual, indoor formal, outdoor casual, and pub dining venues, in addition to banquet events. The schedule consistently requires evenings, holidays, and weekends.

Requirements

Seasoned, experienced bartender.
Available to work evenings, holidays, and weekends on a consistent basis.

Responsibilities

Set up and break down the bar or event area.
Clean up the banquet area.
Attend staff meetings.
Provide excellent member service.
Serve in the Club’s dining venues as well as at banquet events, as needed.
