About The Position

The On Call Banquet Bartender crafts and serves beverages while ensuring guests feel welcome and cared for. The role includes responsible alcohol service in accordance with liquor laws and company policies; maintaining a clean, organized bar; restocking supplies and preparing garnishes; completing daily opening and closing duties; accurately handling cash and tip reporting; and keeping workspaces sanitized while following food safety standards. The position is part-time and based at East Peoria Embassy Suites in East Peoria, Illinois. Compensation is listed as $16.00, with actual pay potentially varying based on experience, skills, qualifications, and location.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of bartending experience; hospitality background preferred.
• Food Safety and Alcohol Awareness certifications, or willingness to complete them within 60 days.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for the duration of the shift.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Friendly, energetic personality and strong sense of professionalism.
