About The Position
Aligned Talent Acquisition is actively partnering with AmLaw 50, AmLaw 100, AmLaw 200, regional, and boutique law firms throughout Philadelphia seeking Banking & Finance Associate Attorneys. These are partnership-track positions with competitive compensation and bonus potential. The roles involve sophisticated lender and borrower representations and offer hybrid work opportunities.
Requirements
- 2+ years of banking, finance, leveraged finance, or commercial lending experience
- Experience with syndicated lending, acquisition financings, asset-based lending, cash flow facilities, or secured transactions
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills
- Excellent academic credentials
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required
- Pennsylvania bar admission required or ability to become admitted
Responsibilities
- Representing lenders, borrowers, financial institutions, or private equity sponsors
- Managing sophisticated financing transactions
- Drafting and negotiating financing documents
