About The Position

A nationally recognized law firm is seeking a Consumer Finance Associate Attorney to join its fully remote virtual office. Candidates must reside in Florida. This is an AmLaw 100 opportunity with a compensation range of $210,000 – $340,000+. Requirements

3–7 years of consumer financial services, commercial litigation, regulatory, or financial services experience
Familiarity with federal and state consumer protection laws, including matters involving lending, servicing, collections, or regulatory compliance
Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills
Excellent organizational and case management abilities
Excellent academic credentials
J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required
Active Florida bar admission required
Must reside in Florida

Nice To Haves

Experience with consumer finance litigation, regulatory compliance, enforcement actions, or financial services matters preferred
Experience representing financial institutions, lenders, servicers, fintech companies, or other consumer financial services clients is a plus

Responsibilities
