About The Position

Emprise Bank is seeking a part-time Bank Teller to join its Augusta team. The role works in a professional environment with direct customer contact. As a trusted customer adviser and product expert, the Teller recommends products and services to help customers have a better banking experience. The schedule is 20–25 hours per week: Monday through Friday, 1:00 p.m.–5:30 p.m. (hours may vary), and Saturday, 8:45 a.m.–12:15 p.m.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Exemplary customer service experience.
• Confident and articulate communication skills.
• Initiative and a strong work ethic.
• Problem-resolution skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Understanding of and commitment to the bank’s values.
• Attitude and aptitude to engage in continuous development.

Nice To Haves

• At least one year of previous customer service experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process everyday banking transactions for customers.
• Monitor and maintain the accuracy of personal transactions and record keeping.
• Develop trusted relationships with branch customers, partners, and teammates.
• Recommend products and services to customers.
• Comply with bank operational and security procedures.
• Complete additional branch-specific responsibilities as assigned.
