About The Position

Emprise Bank is seeking a part-time Bank Teller to join its Wichita team. The Teller works in a professional environment and has direct contact with customers, serving as a trusted customer adviser and product expert. The role involves processing everyday banking transactions, maintaining accuracy, building customer relationships, and recommending products and services to improve customers’ banking experience. The position is scheduled for 25–29 hours per week. Hours are Monday through Friday, 12:00 p.m.–5:30 p.m. (hours may vary), and Saturday, 9:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Exemplary customer service experience.
• Confident and articulate communication skills.

• Attitude and aptitude for continuous development.

Nice To Haves

• At least 1 year of previous customer service experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process everyday banking transactions for customers.
• Monitor and maintain the accuracy of personal transactions and record keeping.
• Develop trusted relationships with branch customers, partners, and teammates.
• Recommend products and services to customers.
• Comply with bank operational and security procedures.
• Complete additional branch-specific responsibilities as assigned.
