About The Position

At Regions, the Bank Operations Specialist performs a variety of operational tasks within Bank Operations. The role works under general supervision and follows established guidelines and procedures. Associates are expected to work a regular onsite schedule, with full-day attendance required in the office. The position tracks time and is eligible for overtime hours worked in excess of 40 per week under the Fair Labor Standards Act. It may be filled at a higher level depending on the candidate’s qualifications and relevant experience.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED.
Ability to interpret and ensure compliance with applicable rules, regulations, and industry guidance.
Data entry and typing skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Strong time management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities
