About The Position

The Bakery Production Team Player carries out Prasek’s mission and tasks delegated by the Bakery Manager. The role includes making dough, following food safety and sanitation practices, keeping bakery areas and equipment clean, operating bakery equipment safely, and following company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to listen to, communicate with, and understand management, Team Players, and others.

Responsibilities

• Bake and make dough.
• Practice good personal hygiene and sanitation procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout food preparation, storage, and assembly areas of the bakery.
• Perform closing and cleaning procedures as indicated on the Opening/Closing Checklist.
• Ensure equipment, tubs, and utensils are properly cleaned, sanitized, and stored.
• Perform all job duties safely.
• Operate bakery equipment according to proper procedures and notify Management of needed equipment repairs.
• Notify the Manager on duty of unsafe conditions or safety violations.
• Abide by company policies and procedures detailed in the Prasek’s Family Smokehouse Team Player Handbook and Operating Manuals.
• Carry out tasks delegated by the Bakery Manager.
