Bakery Production Specialist
About The Position
The Bakery Production Specialist supports production for key items across the Deli-CMS, Meat-Seafood, Bakery, and Produce departments. The role is suited to a detail-oriented team member who works well with others and prioritizes guests. The specialist helps guests locate products and complete meal solutions, and ensures store products are properly rotated, cleaned, and sanitized. The position pays $14.12–$16.23 per hour, with an additional $2.00 per hour shift differential for hours worked between 12 a.m. and 5 a.m. The usual schedule is 3 a.m.–11 a.m., with days off typically Sunday and Wednesday. Schedule flexibility is required, including availability for weekends, days, evenings, and holidays as store needs change. Team members are expected to follow company standards and present themselves professionally, including adhering to uniform standards.

Responsibilities
- Handle production for key items supporting the Deli-CMS, Meat-Seafood, Bakery, and Produce departments.
- Maintain knowledge of store products and weekly ad items, assist guests in finding products, and help complete meal solutions.
- Inspect store products for proper rotation and ensure cleaning and sanitation procedures are followed.
- Complete reports as necessary.
- Follow The Fresh Market's standards, policies, and protocols.
- Present oneself professionally and adhere to uniform standards.
