About The Position

The Bakery Production Specialist handles production for key items to support the Deli-CMS, Meat-Seafood, Bakery, and Produce departments. The role also includes helping guests find products and complete meal solutions, maintaining product quality and store standards, and presenting oneself professionally. The typical schedule is 3 a.m.–11 a.m., with days off typically Sunday and Wednesday. The role may require a flexible schedule, including weekends, days, evenings, and holidays. A $2.00-per-hour shift differential applies for hours worked between midnight and 5 a.m. The pay range is $14.12–$16.23 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Handle production for key items to support the Deli-CMS, Meat-Seafood, Bakery, and Produce departments.
• Maintain knowledge of products and weekly ad items throughout the store.
• Work across departments to help guests find products and complete meal solutions.
• Inspect store products for proper rotation and ensure products are ready for guests.
• Follow cleaning and sanitation procedures and complete reports as necessary.
• Follow The Fresh Market standards, policies, and protocols.
• Present oneself professionally, including adhering to uniform standards.
