About The Position

85°C Bakery Cafe is recruiting a Store Management Team member to help lead store operations and support business performance. The role includes customer service, cost management, employee training, scheduling, and supervision. Store associates are expected to cross-train in Bread, Cake, POS, and Bar departments. The position involves moderate physical activity, including nearly continuous standing and walking, repetitive hand motions, overhead reaching, and occasional exposure to extreme temperatures in coolers and freezers. Duties may change or additional duties may be assigned as needed.

Requirements

• At least two years of progressive experience in fast food or related food operations in a leadership-level position.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines amid new or changing demands.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
• Good attendance and availability to work overtime when needed.
• Excellent work ethic and teamwork skills.
• Ability to adapt and demonstrate a thorough understanding of the 85°C concept.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.
• Sufficient strength to perform moderate lifting up to 50 pounds, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, and squatting.
• Ability to perform nearly continuous standing and walking, repetitive hand motions, and overhead reaching.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for the business performance of the assigned store.
• Support sales profitability through service excellence and lean operations.
• Prepare periodic reports, including sales control and employee scheduling.
• Organize and supervise employee shifts.
• Participate in management and personnel meetings.
• Check stock levels and order supplies and materials.
• Maintain quality control, hygiene, and health and safety standards.
• Perform additional store duties as circumstances require.
• Cross-train in Bread, Cake, POS, and Bar departments.
